The Pine Creek Ridge Community

Pine Creek Ridge is a three-community development. It is a premier, wooded community situated on 700 acres, with over 150,000 pine trees, as well as lakes, streams, and nature trails situated on the former Charles Howell Boy Scout Preserve. It is a very special place to call home. "Lake Villas at Pine Creek" is community of approximately 100 attached and detached condominiums and is located on the north edge of Pine Creek Ridge. "Pine Creek Bluffs" is a community of approximately 90 "site condo" homesites and is located on the south edge of Pine Creek Ridge. The remainder of Pine Creek Ridge is a community of 254 single family homesites.

Pine Creek Ridge homeowners enjoy the feeling of being "Up North", while living within walking distance of charming Downtown Brighton.

Our residents enjoy the sandy shoreline of the community beach and dock area, complete with boats for use by homeowners. Relaxing nature trails and conservation areas meander through wildlife habitats of forests, wetlands and streams. Manicured park areas provide recreational opportunities. A luxurious log cabin community facility is available for your private functions and gatherings.

Pine Creek Conservancy

To ensure the preservation of the natural beauty of the conservation areas in Pine Creek, the Pine Creek Conservancy, a Michigan non-profit corporation, was established.

The Lodge

The Lodge (our Clubhouse) is available for use by homeowners. It is a great place to hold
that special party. It's located on Brighton Lake, with boating, a sandy beach for swimming,
and has a complete kitchen.

The Spa and Pool

The Pine Creek Ridge swimming pool and spa are located at the Villas at Pine Creek Ridge, and are available to our homeowners and their guests.
